今年もJack-O-Lanternのカービングで優悟のハローウィーンの幕開け。

今年の優悟はパイレーツ。何がきっかけか思い出すことはできないが夏ごろから優悟はずっとパイレーツに憧れてきた。その思いにママは答え、１週間夜なべをし手縫いで仕上げた。（ママのイメージはジョニーデップだったのですが・・・）

優悟の憧れのＥｌｉｓｅは”ハイパー魔女”もしくは”ロックスター魔女”。（しかし殆どの子供のコスチュームはレデイーメイド。かなり手が込んでいる。優悟ぐらいだと思う手作りとは。いつまで彼はママの手作りを着てくれるのだろうか？）

Yugo's New Neighborhood

大 変ご無沙汰をしておりました。どこから話せばいいのか、あまりにも時が経ち過ぎしました。今までのことは文にしたため皆様に送りましたのでそちらをお読み ください。２００７年９月２２日に引越しを契機に僕の生活にはたくさんの変化がありました。週２回のプレスクール、新しいベビーシッターさん（瑠依さん） との出会い、多くの新しい友達・・・

Ｍedieval Festival at the Cloisters, Fort Tryon Park

新 しいアパートの近くにクロイスター美術館のあるＦｏｒｔＴrｙｏｎＰａｒｋがある。そこで開催された”中世の復活”というか”お祭り”というかただの”コ スプレ”というか・・・とにかく今年の優悟のＨａｌｌｏｗｅｅｎの参考になればと思ったが、どうでしょうか？お楽しみに。

This was one of our new neighborhood's Fall events. It was a unique festival for all things medieval in Fort Tryon Park (Cloisters Museum) - mostly eating, fancy clothes and hitting people with sticks, like the Middle Ages. The area was transformed into a medieval market village. Yugo was so fascinated by knights' swords.

Autumn is the best season for reading!

ふ～疲れた。わからん。また別の日にでも考えよう。
悦楽悦楽・・・秋の夜は読書にふけるのが一番。

Fall Festival

２００７年の優悟の秋が始まりました。この半被は兵庫県西脇市の５月の”へそ祭り”のものです。優悟も地元のまちおこしに一役。横尾忠則に次ぐ西脇の星です。
Yugo's aunt (Obacchan) in Japan sent this "Happi coat", and he must be a new star for Nishiwaki.
”西脇の星”は実はマジシャン。それも破壊的なマジシャン。この世の天と地を覆すような。
In addition to the new star of Nishiwaki, he is a tanlented young juggler, a new star at Columbia University.
