In a stellar finish reminsicent of the Cup final pitting Tottenham against the Seven Dwarf eleven, brilliant young striker Yugo Yamamoto heads home a cross from his blue-speckled teammate to defeat the despondent Teddy Bear side. Posted by Hello

Yugo likes him some walkin'

O Mother, when shall we wander 'gain in the forest green, like heralds unto summer's sheen and grace... Posted by Hello

Yet sometimes the unexpected occurs

But sometimes during those long walks in the park, BEARS ATTACK. It's true. I have documentation. Posted by Hello

Oh no! Bears! Oh my!

Sometimes the only way to show a young boy's superior prowess over the gaspingly inferior mammal-types is to conk that sucker right in the schnozoodle. Posted by Hello

Or bite them on the finger. Posted by Hello

Why do you wander restlessly?
Why do you stare breathlessly?
Because my time is near...Posted by Hello

Happy Three Months!

Yugo has been exploring a mystery of this world for these three months. You can see what he has found so far in his beautiful smile.
(Sorry, I am not allowed to show you Yugo's mystery.) Posted by Hello

Almost there

Look Ma, I eschew both back and front! I eschew them!

GRRRRRRRRR

Hey, uncle Matt, teach me the ways of the breakbeat and the double bass. Posted by Hello

Central Park, n+1

Yugo's first trip to Central Park with a fine pose from his friend Elise and the big yellow diaper-wearing elephant and some harried pre-raphaelite who appears to have mugged Elvis on his way to the closet. Posted by Hello

Welcome

Welcome, Mikiko-san! Good luck with aka-chan. Posted by Hello

Busy week... and almost three months!

Please excuse the delay in new postings, it has been a busy week with many changes on the home front. Not only did Yugo's mama go back to work, but we welcomed Mikiko as Yugo's new friend and giver of care. We only hope Yugo will treat her well.
It was also Yugo's Grandmother's birthday (Happy Birthday, Mom) and another first, Mother's Day. Yugo gave his mom a nice assortment of flowers and composed a short piece of music that sounded a lot like Old MacDonald, only replacing Donald with Yugo (good Old MacYugo!)
Saturday saw two more firsts in series that may also rhythm his life: a children's concert for kodomo no hi (kid's day) and a walk in Central Park. Yugo wanted to climb on the rocks all the way to the top, but his father insisted on staying low.
There is much more excitement coming your way - I'm trying to get some short video clips linked to the page so you can watch Yugo sitting or lying down in various locations. We'll see how that works out. In any case, Yugo sends his best to all.
Grosses bises,

Inchworm, inchworm, measuring the marigolds...

Yugo, taking after one of his favorite toys, becomes the inchworm, nibbling his way up a cotton shirt. Posted by Hello

Yugo meets the Yeti! Is this the secret transfer of karma or the mark of the beast? Perplexity reigns. Posted by Hello
